The EU SME Centre is delighted to invite you to join our next edition of EU SME Breakfast Seminar on “E-Commerce” organised by BenCham. The aim of this seminar is to give a short overview of the current e-commerce market in China and its main legal challenges. E-Commerce is one of China’s fastest growing sectors. With a growing middle class and a quickly changing business environment, foreign retailers who wish to sell their products to Chinese consumers cannot afford to remain inactive.

Our speakers will give information on the new Cybersecurity Law, ICP License, tariffs and tax liabilities, market entry strategies and more.
