Getting the fundamentals right from the start is key when opening a business in China. This includes choosing the right capital structure, establishing a legal entity that matches your business scope, and creating the financial architecture needed to support growth and mitigate risks.

On 12 May, the EU SME Centre and European Chamber invite you to a workshop that will focus on the realities of day-to-day operations. The session will cover liquidity management, compliance requirements, and the operational complexities that businesses can face on the ground. We will also examine how businesses can prepare for exit scenarios, including on asset transfers, full-scope audits, and de-registration.
