Carbon Footprint of the Water Sector

The EU SME Centre and the co-organisers are happy to invite you to participate in the fourth webinar of the series, which will focus on Carbon Footprint of the Water Sector

The series aim to promoting exchanges between European and Chinese players in the water market. Through this collaboration, the EU SME Centre will also participate in this year’s Aquatech China Trade Show which will take place in the beginning of June in Shanghai.

China and EU have set ambitious targets for achieving energy efficiency and carbon neutrality. The Water Sector must contribute. How to reduce the sector’s carbon footprint? Which solutions are available for energy efficient water resources provision? How to ensure net-energy producing wastewater treatment plants? How to reduce NO-emissions for WWTPs? How to integrate wastewater treatment in resource recovery plants?
