Xinyue holds an MA degree from the University of Göttingen and a BA degree from Tianjin Foreign Studies University. Xinyue is a native speaker of Chinese with a good command of English and German.
Prior to joining the EU SME Centre, Xinyue interned in UNDP Geneva and worked as an assistant at a start-up in Berlin, where she gained hands-on experience in international relations and advocacy activities and developed a passion for working in the European SME business environment.
As part of the Advocacy team, Xinyue currently works closely with the Advocacy Manager in the development of SME lobbying, the creation of the Advocacy database and the organisation of the Inter-Chamber SME Working Group and policy meetings.
