The EU SME Centre and the European Chamber Southwest China Chapter are pleased to invite SMEs to participate in the EU SME Government Dialogue in Chongqing on Tuesday 10 June at InterContinental Chongqing Raffles City.
In an era marked by economic instability and fluctuating financial markets in China, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) find themselves at a crossroads. The Chinese government has released policies and regulations to support foreign SME development. A deep understanding of the policy direction and trust building between enterprises and local government could result in wins for European SME business development. The first step for European SMEs is to gain access to the local government in order to be able to fully leverage the resources available.
This event serves as a platform to connect European SMEs with the Chinese local government for in-depth engagement and networking, as well as an opportunity to discuss the issues, recommendations, and possible solutions to the key issues impacting European SMEs operating in China with industry players, local associations, and experts in government relations.
The event will be in English with simultaneous translation provided to participants. This free event is reserved for European small and medium-sized businesses. The participation of non-European organisations is subject to the organisers’ final approval.
