Terao – Pioneering Green Building in China

Terao was established in 1993 in France and was the winner of the first tender for green building labelling in France. It has almost 20 years of experience in the green building sector, providing services in green building certification, low carbon planning and environmental audit.

Terao’s clients in France include Paris city, ACCOR group and the Louis Vuitton Foundation. Other countries in which the company is now doing business include: Russia, Bulgaria, Tunisia, Morocco, Vietnam, Thailand and, of course, for the last ten years, China.
