To recognise and promote excellence in innovation, enterprise and endeavour in the British and Chinese business communities, the British Chamber of Commerce in China and the China-Britain Business Council will be organising the British Business Awards 2014 in Beijing. There are eight award categories, the winners of which will be revealed at the Gala Dinner on 20 November.

Sept 10: Online voting starts for shortlisted nominees
Sept 25: Online voting closes
Oct 15-31: Judging Panels interview shortlisted entrants and decide winner and finalists
Nov 5: Panel of Advisors confirms results
