Jan Holthuis, Partner, Buren Law Firm Speech point: Introduction
Jan Holthuis is an experienced international lawyer in China related to cross-border M&A transactions and complex international litigation cases on corporate, commercial and intellectual property related disputes. Jan is active in the China legal practice since 1995 and predominantly living and working in China since 2009. Jan is a registered arbitrator at the China International Economic Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and at the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHAIC) / Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SIAC).
Fang Gang, Senior Manager, Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Speech point: The current situation and development of NEEQ market
Mr. Fang Gang graduated from Peking University Law School with a master degree and is admitted to Chinese legal professional qualification. Mr. Fang joined the OTC market headquarters department of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. in April of 2015 and is now acting as a senior manager at Beijing transaction department of the OTC market headquarters department. He has advised on the listing of Wangcheng Technology, Tri-prime Gene, Lightstar, ADHL, U-Ding and Guizhou New Energy, private placement of Zhongxun Sifang Technology and Quanyuantang Pharmacy, and also the asset restructuring of Quanyuantang Pharmacy.
Xiaofeng Cheng, Partner, Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm Speech point: Ways to NEEQ and Regulations on Foreign Capital
Mr. Cheng graduated from Peking University with two bachelor degrees in law and economics, and received a LLM degree from Columbia University Law School and an MA from the Univeristy of South Florida, and has been an adjunct professor at Peking University Law School since 2011. He is well-known for his outstanding performance in M&A and FDI transactions. He has led numerous high-profile deals in sectors including finance, medical and hospital, etc. and has extensive experience in acquisitions and restructurings, offshore listing, PE and FDI. Mr. Cheng is licensed to practice in PRC and New York State.
Mr. Zhi Feng, CEO, Hongtai NEEQ Speech point: Investment Opportunities of NEEQ market
Mr. Zhi FENG is a founding partner and the CEO of Hongtai NEEQ Investment Fund. He has worked as the director and vice president of TX investment consulting, project director of CCTV’s entrepreneurship program Win in China, transaction director of investment banking department of CSC Financial Co., Ltd. Mr. Feng is also the president of Financial Investment Association of Nankai University Business School and a member of council of Nankai Yunneng Start-up Business School. He was the commissioner of Selling Commission of Asset Management Association of China. He graduated from Nankai University and Tianjin University and was awarded the title of “10 MBA elites of China of 2011”.
