Joint event with BCECC

16 December 2021

On November 9, the EU SME Centre, EUROCHAMBRES and Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce organized an online workshop with the objective of giving European SMEs some tools for better practicing their businesses in China remotely. The title of the session was “How to Manage Your Business with China Remotely”.

The workshop gathered around 30 participants from the EU and COSME associated countries, who got insights on how to better approach the situation of operating business in China from a distance. The webinar’s topic was presented by two expert speakers, Rosanna Terminio from Asecorpchina Business Consulting Co. Ltd. And Kristina Koehler from Woodburn Accountants & Advisors.

Both speakers shared examples of how to make the communication process inside the organization better in spite of geographical distances, as well as how to best adapt to a digital working environment from both the level of the individual staffer inside the organization, and the larger organizational level.

The session featured a special greeting from the Chairman of the Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Bernard Dewit, and included a Q&A session where the participants of the workshop got to ask their questions from the speakers.
