She has consulted to numerous multi-national companies across the United States, Europe and Asia over the last 14 years. Elisa is currently the Head of Executive Coaching at Management Development Services China and the Chair of the European Chamber of Commerce HR Forum in Beijing. Prior to MDS, Elisa spent 10 years at Accenture, working as a Management Consultant in the areas of human capital strategy, talent management, coaching and leadership effectiveness. Her last role at Accenture was Human Capital Strategy Lead for Asia Pacific. Prior to working in Asia, Elisa provided consulting and coaching to numerous Accenture Fortune 500 clients across the United States and Europe. Elisa has earned a Masters in Organizational Psychology and a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology both from Columbia University in New York City. She has lived and worked in 16 different countries and has been based in Beijing since 2007.
