The Legislative Affairs Commission of National People’s Congress has published the draft of SME Promotion Act which is the leading law in China for Small-medium sized enterprises. The current law has been effective since 2003 aiming at improving SME business operation environment in China and promote SME development.

On 28th June 2017, the NPC published the call for comments of the SME Promotion Act Revised Draft (Second Review).

Herby, we attach the context and the comparison with the version of first review in Chinese for your reference. If you have an English translation and are willing to share it, please contact us. Or, we will share the English Version of the Law at later stage. You can find the public consultation and further information here.
