CALL FOR EXPERTS | How to draft sales contracts when exporting to China

The EU SME Centre helps European SMEs get ready for China. Funded by the European Union, the Centre provides practical information, first-line advice, comprehensive training and business tools to better equip SMEs to develop their business and tackle challenges faced in the Chinese market.

The Centre is implemented by five implementing partners, which are the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, the China-Britain Business Council, the Danish Chamber of Commerce China, EUROCHAMBRES, and the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China.

The EU SME Centre is now looking for an external training expert to lecture a training webinar with the following details:

  • Title:  How to draft sales contracts when exporting to China
  • Language: English
  • Date:24-25-26/08/2021 (final date TBC)
  • Duration of the training:2 hours excluding Q&A session

Qualifications and skills:

  1. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the design and implementation of training activities, ideally cover the following areas (but not limited): legal issues, finance and accounting, cross-cultural management and organisational development.
  2. In-depth understanding of Chinese business environment for EU SMEs.
  3. Experience in developing e-learning programmes would be a strong advantage.
  4. Good communication and IT skills.
  5. Fluent English.
  6. University graduate with relevant background.
