What you need to know before sending your reservation

1. The following documents will be required to complete your reservation: 

  • Valid visa - M (business), Z (work) or F (visit);
  • Passport copy - A scanned copy of your passport (photo page and visa page).
2. Two meeting rooms are available for you to book at the Centre: 
  • A big conference room that can accommodate up to 20 people;
  • A small meeting room that can accommodate up to 12 people. 
3. The meeting room service is provided for the purpose of meeting clients, conducting interviews or holding events. 
How to make a reservation
  1. Log in to the Centre website; If you do not have an account yet, click here to register first;
  2. Fill in the form below to include details of your reservation;
  3. You will receive a follow-up email from an EU SME Centre staff with the confirmation.


Hot-desking is available from a few days up to a few months up to the validity of your visa. Meeting Room is for one hour up to a few days.
