About the Speaker 
Christine Lambert-Goué, Founding Partner for Asia of Invest Securities
Christine Lambert-Goué is a founding partner for Asia of Invest Securities, leading French investment bank and stock broker, helping European and Asian middle-market enterprises to raise funds, get listed on Euronext and perform cross-border M&A.  
Based in Beijing, she joined the firm in 2008 to source Chinese middle-market clients looking for PE/VC fund raisings, an overseas listing or outbound M&A and support European clients when looking for funds raisings in Asia or a Chinese strategic or financial partner.
Prior to joining Invest Securities, Mrs. Lambert-Goué served as a financial analyst at Euronext Paris. Up until 2001, she has played a leading role in more than 80 IPOs before following this role by being appointed to the Moroccan stock exchange’s regulator as head of Public Offerings. Returning to Euronext Paris in 2004 to head up the exchange’s international developments, she has been particularly concerned with strategic partnerships and investments made directly by Euronext, as well as fulfilling a wider executive role. 
She is a SFAF, French CFA charterholder, and holds a Master Degree in Management from Sorbonne University (Paris) as well as a special qualification in Corporate Finance at Assas University (Paris). Mrs. Lambert-Goué co-chairs the M&A working of the French Chamber of Commerce in China and is Trade Counsellor for France in China.
