Policy Meeting on "China Economic Outlook 2020"

On January 15th, the Advocacy Team of the EU SME Centre organized its last Policy meeting of the year of the Pig. During the meeting, Mr. John Russell, Managing Director at North Head, along with Ms. Dan Wang, Analyst at the Economist Intelligence Unit, gave a presentation on the China Economic Outlook in 2020 from the viewpoint of China experts, and the followed up discussion was moderated by our EU SME Centre Director Peter Pronk.

  

In her speech, Ms. Dan Wang analised in detail the Chinese economic path this year by bringing us some very specific monetary, fiscal and regulatory policy speculations for China in 2020. Mr. John Russell analysed China in 2020 from a politico-economic point of view, and concluding with the thrivers and losers of last year and this new year.
