EU SME Centre Signs MoU with Croatian Chamber of Economy

27 August 2018, Beijing – The EU SME Centre signed a partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Croatian Chamber of Economy (CCE) to strengthen cooperation in servicing Croatian SMEs on doing business in China. 

The Centre and the Croatian Chamber of Economy will collaborate on various areas, ranging from content and information sharing, training to delegation support. 

The Croatian Chamber of Economy is an independent professional and business organisation of all legal entities engaging in business. With tradition over 165 years and around 500 employees, CCE can provide information about market, companies and other, for business necessary information. The Chamber consists of the Headquarters in Zagreb and 20 County Chambers. Functionally, the CCE consists of 9 departments dealing with the respective branch of the economy, 51 professional associations, 57 groups and 26 affiliations. Apart from this, within the CCE act Permanent Arbitration Court, Conciliation Centre, Court of Honour and CCE Office for Areas of Special State Concern. 

In November 2017, the Chamber established a Representative Office in Shanghai (CCESRO) to provide further support for Croatian companies in the Chinese market and help Chinese companies know better about the Croatian market.
