Truslink Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 by professionals of engineering expertise who have a wealth of design, engineering, procurement, project and construction management for all aspects and all levels of any engineering projects. Each of our experienced core management team members have over ten years of experience with prestigious multinational design/engineering firms in China, specializing in civil, structure, M&E Process installations, ELV control systems and interior decoration and fit-out of industrial, commercial facilities, R&D and Public building projects in China and overseas. Our clients include many global top 500 enterprises and private companies. With many years of experience overseas and with multi-national engineering firms and local project experience in the China construction business, our core management team members have fully understood the expectations of the “foreign clients". These include the best engineering practices, value engineering options, different insurance requirements (such as FM and Swiss Re codes), and also an extensive knowledge of the complex authority approval procedures and other challenges, such as site and location selection and local contracting management issues in delivering projects in China. TRUSLINK has more than 100 in-house engineering designers, who are talented to provide every aspect of an engineering and consultancy service. These include the critical technical document: Front End Engineering Design (FEED) study, which is tailored as a guideline document for the design and planning basis for each engineering project. Contents of each FEED will include deliberate descriptions of client brief, performance specifications, scope of works, several conceptual architectural sketches, single line schematic MEPF drawings that describe the design intent, an indicative project delivery schedule and a cost estimate to a certain extent of accuracy.
