Starting in 2013, the Chinese government announced a series of new immigration laws and implementation rules that contain significant changes for visa application. In particular, there are now different categories of visas and permits for foreigners in China, including for business, long-term and short-term work authorisations.

If your company is planning to send employees to China or already has employees in China, it is important to understand the impact that these changes will have on the process and make sure your business is compliant.

Join this webinar organised by the EU SME Centre and European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and find out:
  • What type of visa is applicable to business travellers and short-term assignees?
  • How to apply for work permit and residence permit to take up employment in China and what you need to look out for?
  • What are the challenges and difficulties for local practice in real applications?
