Lean means to achieve more with less - to use less effort, manpower and energy while getting more output, better quality and higher profit. Through re-thinking and re-arranging the way work is done, Lean principles have been widely applied to different company functions today: from production, logistics, sales and marketing to administration.
As the Chinese business environment becomes increasingly competitive, Lean management and its practices are gaining momentum and attracting more interest.
In this context, the EU SME Centre and the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce will host a webinar to introduce Lean principles and how to apply them to improve your work efficiency.
After attending the webinar you will learn:
- The basics of Lean;
- Staufen Lean Principles and its application to all company functions to achieve a Lean Enterprise;
- What works in China and what doesn’t;
- The new 3Cs in business - Culture, Context and Confrontation.
