What is a hot-desk?

A hot desk is a temporary work space available within the EU SME Centre which offers managers of European SMEs a more efficient and flexible way in which to explore local business opportunities and conduct market research.

Hot-desking at the EU SME Centre is

• Flexible– office space is available for just a couple of hours or up to a month

• Informative– users will have access to the Centre’s in-house market access advisors and specialists to gain business advice and benefit from one-to-one consultations

• Convenient– the Centre is located in the business district of Beijing, within 30 minutes taxi drive from the airport

• Serviced– office assistance is provided, and users can benefit from the Centre conference, training room and reference library facilities
