Due diligence
Conducting a comprehensive due diligence is an essential step to ensure not only success in the Chinese market, but also to prevent outright failure. Many problems that EU SMEs encounter by doing business in China could have been avoided by carrying out careful due diligence in the initial stage.

This section provides further information and advice on performing due diligence in China.
